Germanis Translation Agency is one of the largest translation agencies in Dzierżoniów, serving hundreds of clients per month. We were commissioned to modernize the agency’s website, which has not been updated since 2007. Additionaly we have added the company profile to Google Maps and modernized company’s mail so that it can be used simultaneously on the company’s computers and phones. The website had an outdated graphic design, was not protected by SSL certificate and did not work properly on mobile devices.
Our work
The new website of the Office was designed from the scratch. We focused on modern design and full functionality. The new website is nice, clear and readable. Customers can easily find information about the agency’s services, a contact form, a bookmark with frequently asked questions or a map with directions.
We have created dedicated subpages for each of the services provided by Germanis. Due to the fact that Dzierżoniów is located in Lower Silesia and most of the translation agencies’ clients are interested in translating car registration documents imported from Germany, we have also created a dedicated subpage for the translation of car registration documents and subpages with the most frequently asked questions in this area.
The website now meets all technical standards, works perfectly on smartphones and next to the address bar you can see a green padlock, which proves that the connection is encrypted. After the introduction of the new website, germanis.pl climbed up in the Google search ranking, taking the first place.
The contact form made it possible for customers to send scans of documents for translation without any problems.
Office employees now also have access to modern e-mail service, available from anywhere in the world.
